  • Coverage D: $10,000 per month for twelve (12) months
  • Secondary/seasonal homes accepted BUT must have primary home written with Jupiter Private Client
  • Homes in a protection class 1-6

  • No limit on roof age – a roof schedule will be in effect until the roof is sixteen (16) years of age, at which point it will convert to ACV

    • Animal
    • Swimming pools – unfenced, diving board, or slide

  • Must meet good construction standards.
    • Not acceptable – wood shingle, multiple roof layers, EIFS, or asbestos siding
  • Home (including roof) must be well-maintained and in good condition at the time of inspection
